VLT RULES OF OPERATION

You must be 19 years of age or older to play.

Maximum win per spin is identified within the help screens of each game.

Original cashout tickets must be redeemed at the location where play occurred.

Management on the premises is responsible to redeem cashout tickets up to $2,500 and provide the player a printed exchange ticket for any remaining amount over $2,500.

All cashout tickets and exchange tickets must be redeemed within 120 days of the date printed on the ticket.

Exchange tickets up to a maximum of $5,000 can be redeemed online at SASKVLT.COM, via mail by calling 1-888-858-9252 for manual submission instructions, or by appointment at the payout centre option noted below. All risks of redeeming an exchange ticket by mail remain with the player.

Exchange tickets greater than $5,000 must be redeemed, by appointment only, at a payout centre. To book an appointment, call 306-975-0800 (Saskatoon) or 306-780-9300 (Regina).

Prize claims at the WCLC payout centres will require the original exchange ticket, together with identification and any further information or data deemed necessary such as a legal release or a statement of circumstances from any person presenting an exchange ticket for redemption. WCLC and LGS have the right to publish the name, community of residence and photograph of the player who presents an exchange ticket for the province wide grand jackpot.

If information in the central computer system differs from the information shown on a cash out ticket, exchange ticket or the Video Lottery Terminal, the central computer system information governs. Machine malfunction voids pays and plays.
