Vault Breaker FAQS

VAULT BREAKER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

A progressive is a jackpot that increases a small amount for every play on a progressive-enabled game.  Once a player wins the jackpot, it resets to a preset minimum value.

Jackpot wins are determined by a random number generator rather than triggered by an event within the game.  The jackpot is awarded when the randomly predetermined point between the minimum and maximum values is reached.

A percentage of every wager from a progressive-enabled game is directed toward the jackpot and 100% is paid out in winnings.

There is a progressive sash on the Vault Breaker game icons in the main menu.

A mini reel shows up randomly in the top right corner of the main screen when playing Vault Breaker enabled games.

If the mini reel lands on the Vault Breaker symbol the bonus round is activated and the game will transition to the Vault Breaker screen for a chance to hit 3, 4, or 5 Vault Breaker symbols; awarding the Minor, Major or Grand jackpots respectively.

The ‘Minor’ jackpot (local to a site) has a minimum value of $100 and is guaranteed to be won by $500.  The ‘Major’ jackpot (regional) has a minimum value of $5,000 and is guaranteed to be won by $25,000.  The ‘Grand’ jackpot (provincial) has a minimum value of $500,000 and is guaranteed to be won by $1,500,000.

Jackpot levels are displayed on the top screen while a progressive-enabled game is being played and are shown intermittently on the top screen while the machine is idle.  The Grand jackpot level is also available on the home page of the website.

The frequency is dependent on the popularity of the progressive-enabled games within the province, region and site.
