Submit By Mail

The VLT site where you won will pay cashout tickets up to $2,500 and an exchange ticket is printed to claim the remaining amount. An exchange ticket up to a maximum of $5,000 can be claimed by mail. Submit all items included in the checklist to the mailing address. The mailing address is included in the Claimant Form. After your claim submission is reviewed and validated, a cheque will be mailed to you. We suggest you retain a copy of the signed exchange ticket for your own records.

CLAIMS BY MAIL CHECKLIST

• Image of one government issued photo identification  
  • Driver’s license, SGI issued identification card, Indian status card, firearms license identification or passport
• The original exchange ticket (signature field and redemption form must be complete)
• Completed Claimant Form

 

Exchange tickets up to a maximum of $5,000 can also be claimed Online and exchange tickets of any value can be claimed at the Payout Centre.

Cashout tickets cannot be redeemed by mail.
